The Trusted Digital Identity Framework is a set of rules and standards that make sure there is a safe, secure, consistent and reliable use of online government services. All accredited members of the digital identity federation must follow the framework. It consists of 13 policies, including the Fraud Control Requirements, which can be found in the 04 – Functional Requirements document.
